St Marys: Saturday, Oct. 25, Halloween Block Party at Boys and Girls Club, trick-or-treat, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Halloween parade 7 p.m.
Sistersville: Thursday, Oct. 30, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Parade line-up at 7 p.m. at old WesBanco building followed by parade at 7:30 p.m.
Smithfield: Friday, Oct. 31, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Wileyville: Halloween party at Wileyville VFD Saturday, Oct. 25, at 7pm. Costume judging and games for all ages, free refreshments and music by Pat and Jolene Henderson’s Karaoke Konnection.

Jackson Township: Thursday, Oct. 30, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fly Rest Area on Route 7. Sponsored by Jackson Township Trustees.

Midway: Midway Halloween Carnival at Midway Community and Senior Center. Route 800, just east of Antioch. Saturday, Oct. 18, starting at 5 pm. Door prizes, games, fun and a Spook House. Categories for costume contest: funniest, prettiest, ugliest, best couple and most original.
